Just so you know, my Nefarious is post-All 4 One. I thought this would give me more freedom in playing him and open him up more to interactions with other characters. And with that note, here are my headcanons for him.

- by this point, Nefarious has realized that he has a malfunction, but has no idea what it is (he is aware that time passed while he was glitching)

-he is EXTREMELY socially awkward, and really has no idea how to deal with people who aren’t Lawrence or his minions

-this leads to him treating organics with outright disdain upon meeting them

-however, he will show machines the respect they deserve (they might be useful allies, after all)

-he is unwilling to share whether he has an actual doctorate or not

-he considers Ratchet, Clank, and Qwark to be frenemies, rather than true foes (not that he’d ever admit it)

-he still posses human emotions, though he’s really just stays angry/annoyed most of the time

-he’s at his happiest when doing SCIENCE of any kind

-despite his lack of common sense and obliviousness to Lawrence’s sarcasm, he is quite skilled and intelligent, especially in regards to robotic engineering

-he suffers from ornithophobia (birds are the natural enemies of robots, after all)

-he is still capable of eating and sleeping, they just act as extra energy sources

-he LOVES coffee, and any kind of sweet food he can get his hands on

-there’s very few people that he actually cares about, but he’s willing to risk a lot for them
